Paulie Panther, a writer cataloging the hallucinogenic effects of North American wildlife, travels to an experimental forest town, Boney Borough, when a new plant is discovered there. The plant, when smoked, grants the smoker "bodymind" telepathic powers. This changes his relationships with the residents and, soon, all of Boney Borough. "BodyWorld" is serialized online as a webcomic at www.dashshaw.com, and will later be collected in book form from Pantheon Books.
